Somatic breathwork sessions are an invitation to unwind the body from the inside out. Through guided rhythmic breathing, and somatic discharge, we soften the electrical charge of stress, allowing stored tension, emotion, and old protective patterns to surface and release. Each session becomes a gentle excavation — an untangling — where breath clears space for the nervous system to recalibrate and remember its natural intelligence.

By dropping beneath the mind and into the body’s deeper currents, where clarity, groundedness, and agency live, your body finds its way into safety. It's in this space that the body can release stored energy, patterns and defense systems that are wreaking havoc on the system.  This work is not about performing or pushing; it’s about listening, feeling, expressing and allowing the body to reorganize itself in real time. As the breath opens new pathways, and the body clears, you emerge more spacious, regulated, and connected to your own internal truth.
